Services of the Center

To contribute to tackle this issue, IRO Organization has established a platform to connect fresh graduates, undergraduates and unemployed youth to local programs, volunteering, internships, placement, and on-the-job training which are all forms of experiential learning aimed at developing practical skills. The platform can become a valuable resource for connecting youth with meaningful experiential learning opportunities and ultimately empowering them to kickstart their careers.

This center has a multi-faceted program to hand graduates and unemployed youth and women through diverse activities as clarifies here 

first phase

 

In the First Phase of the Center's program, some activities have been achieved and continues since in-kind resources are supportive. 

 

Connecting unemployed youth to volunteering opportunities 

Facilitating volunteering, placement, and on-the-job training for connecting inexperienced youth with volunteering opportunities, the center serves as a valuable resource for connecting youth with meaningful opportunities, empowering them to kickstart their careers. More than 1200 young people have been introduced to opportunities and joint positions at companies and organizations to get on-the-job training and placement.

Employment Readiness

Employment readiness: training on specific urgent topics necessary for fresh graduates to prepare them to find a proper job. such as training on CV writing, interviewing and seeking jobs.

Publishing opportunities available locally and internationally

Regular publishing current opportunity of the private sector companies, national and international organizations, government vacancies and international opportunities. These opportunities are published in specific online platforms to reach the vast number of opportunity seekers.
