process and access to community resources, particularly in critical areas such
as climate change, basic services, and rights.
Our Mission
Our mission is to motivate and enable people to participate in the
process of decision making and sustainable development for improving their
living standards and basic human rights.

Our History
IRO members
have been involved in community activism since 2004. The organization emerged
from a community-based youth forum in the Garmyan district, where members were
active from 2005 to 2013 through a program funded by the National Endowment for
Democracy (NED). This eight-year project played a pivotal role in establishing
the foundation for the organization's activities.
